With over thirty years of experience, Carol has worked with numerous organisations and individuals, guiding and inspiring them into effective, powerful, community-shaping action. Carol can show leaders, along with their entire teams, how to communicate with confidence and in turn how to effectively deal with conflicts, elevate public speaking skills, find common values and set everyone up for success. Rather than simply documenting a scene, my fine art works serve to communicate my memories and feelings about the subject or scene and to evoke an emotional response from the viewer.

It reminds me that everything is possible if you want it badly enough and keep going, turning your adversity into your advantage. She champions equality in sport and re-established the WSA Mentoring Program and Developed the Women in Sport Leadership Masterclasses for coaches and administrators at all levels in sport. That was Carol’s first brush with inequality and it became a catalyst for her to question the status quo and find ways to make a positive impact for women. Through sheer determination and tenacity, Carol obtained treatment in England in the early 1990s and her daughter was born in 1992, following extensive fertility treatment and battles against judgemental attitudes which appear almost vindictive to us 25 years later.Through my art, I express my feelings for the locations I visit and the wonders of nature I encounter along the way.

Bonnie Hancock is a 32-year-old former professional ironwoman who paddled around Australia on a surf ski.Carol received a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. For over nineteen years, her career has concentrated on providing forensic, investigative and bankruptcy services to debtors, creditors, Federal bankruptcy trustees and examiners, creditors’ committees, court appointed assignees, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, law firms and financial institutions.

With 20 plus years working in senior management roles in State Sporting bodies, including a stint as CEO, Tamatha has an extensive background in strategic and project planning as well as grant writing and organisational governance.
